Your Impact\n

As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming construction projects into reality. You’ll manage operational resources and lead your site team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is your chance to make a significant impact while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
\n
• Lead, manage, and motivate site operational staff to achieve project goals
\n
• Manage communications and relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
\n
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships throughout project completion
\n
• Implement operational project plans and ensure compliance with contractual terms
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

This role is perfect for you if you:

\n
• Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification
\n
• Have qualifications and/or experience in leading operational projects
\n
• Are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a professional body
\n
• Can demonstrate experience in a site management role
\n
• Are an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and are driven to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
