South Nutfield, Surrey (office-based) | £30,000 – £40,000 | Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

\n

We're recruiting for a Project Manager to join a well-established, fast-growing SME that is a specialist in their field, working with clients across the UK and overseas.

\n

You'll manage construction projects from start to finish, organising installation teams, liaising with clients and suppliers, and keeping projects running smoothly day to day. Full in-house training and ongoing mentoring is provided, so previous industry experience is a bonus rather than a requirement.

What you’ll be doing

    \n
  • Organising installation teams to carry out installations
  • \n
  • Communicating with clients regarding surveys, installations and other timely events
  • \n
  • Attending project and showroom meetings with clients where necessary
  • \n
  • Sending and adapting project technical drawings
  • \n
  • Organising project files with internal and external information
  • \n
  • Attending sales/project meetings to provide progress updates
  • \n
  • Liaising with material suppliers on technical matters and additional material requirements
  • \n
  • Contacting clients with queries and gathering feedback on completed projects
  • \n
  • Following up on outstanding invoices
  • \n
  • Liaising with internal team members to resolve project queries
  • \n
  • Keeping up to date with industry regulations and news
  • \n
  • Working with both end-user and contractor clients
  • \n
  • Accepting deliveries of materials and products
  • \n

What we’re looking for

\n

Project management, site or construction industry experience preferred but not essential

\n

Driven and forward-thinking

\n

Extremely organised — essential

\n

IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

\n

Punctual with strong timekeeping and organisational skills

\n

Good written and verbal communication skills

\n

Works well under pressure

\n

Excellent customer service

\n

Able to multitask and prioritise a varied workload

\n

Strong attention to detail

\n

Willing to learn and adapt

\n
