As Director of Transformation, you will lead the design and delivery of the Council's new Target Operating Model Programme, reimagining how we operate, driving innovation and continuous improvement, and ensuring the Council is well positioned to meet the evolving needs of residents and communities.

Working closely with the chief executive, corporate leadership team, elected members and key stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership and expert guidance on transformational change.

You will be a credible and influential leader with the confidence to challenge established thinking and drive complex change at pace. You will thrive on tackling difficult problems, cutting through complexity and turning ambitious ideas into reality.
