Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for account growth initiatives, contributing to revenue growth and client development across FTSE 100 Retail organizations.
  • \n
  • Lead workstreams and client engagements across capabilities including Strategy, Technology, People & Change, Data & Analytics, and Program & Project Management.
  • \n
  • Lead a team of North Highland Consultants, both on projects and as a career coach.
  • \n
  • Contribute to thought leadership efforts through industry participation, client insights, and collaboration across internal and external networks.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Demonstrable Director-level management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 experience.
  • \n
  • Previous experience consulting within Retail & Consumer Products is required.
  • \n
  • Experience developing and activating growth & expansion strategies across clients in the Retail, Grocer, and CPG sector.
  • \n
  • Experience and expertise working with senior client stakeholders in the Digital & Technology functions.
  • \n
  • Shaping and running multi-year multi-million-dollar tech strategy & delivery engagements.
  • \n
  • Digital & Tech Transformation experience across large-scale delivery, Workforce Transformation (Op Model, OD, Ways of Working).
  • \n
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in ways proven to drive desired business impact.
  • \n
  • A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved building relationships with senior-level executives.
  • \n
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or professional certifications are bonuses.
