Employability Keyworker
\n Council Offices, Kirkwall
\n 35 hours per week
\n Temporary up to 31 March 2027
£35,717 - £38,207
\n £19.57 - £20.94 per hour
The above amounts include shift and Distant Islands Allowance.
\nYou will be reporting to the Team Manager (Adult Learning & Employability).
\nYour working pattern is Monday to Friday with some weekend working. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
\nThe purpose of this role is to work with individuals and organisations to plan, develop and deliver personalised employability support to enable individuals to increase their confidence, skills and knowledge, reach their potential and make positive and sustained future transitions towards their goals.
\nThe necessary qualification, experience and skills required for this role are detailed in the ‘must have’ section of the attached job profile. These criteria are used for decisions on shortlisting and appointment of applicants.
\nThis post involves a contractual requirement to:

\nThis post is a regulated role with adults and requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.
