\nSalary: 33,066 per annum + 3% commission
\nHours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing:
\n \nAs a representative of ScotRail, you'll create a safe, welcoming, and first-class experience for passengers. Your responsibilities include:
\nTicketing & Transactions - Checking and issuing tickets, handling cash and card payments.
\nTrain Patrol & Customer Support - Managing crowded conditions, assisting passengers, and resolving travel concerns.
\nAccessibility Assistance - Supporting passengers with disabilities as they board and alight trains, including using a portable ramp (weighing up to 15kg) when required.
\nYour ability to stay calm, organized, and adaptable is key to ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone.
