About the Role

We are working with a GP Surgery to recruit a General Practitioner (GP) for a locum opportunity starting in September, offering 3–4 days per week with a flexible working pattern.

\n

This role is ideal for a GP seeking a better work-life balance, while still working within a well-structured and supportive practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality primary care consultations (face-to-face and/or remote)

    Manage a routine and acute patient caseload

  • \n
  • \n

    Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred clinical care

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards

  • \n
  • \n

    Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

    Patient list size of approximately 6,500

  • \n
  • \n

    15-minute standard appointments

  • \n
  • \n

    Heidi transcription software to reduce admin time

  • \n
  • \n

    Automated lab reporting systems

  • \n
  • \n

    Docman workflow system with typically 7–10 letters per day

  • \n
  • \n

    On-site parking available

  • \n

What We’re Looking For

    GMC registered GP with Licence to Practise

    Experience in UK primary care settings

    Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
