This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Machine Operatives looking for a long term, stable position within a fast-paced production environment offering career progression and development opportunities.Shift Details:Weekly rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):o06AM–2PMo2PM-10PMo10PM–6AMMachine Operative Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation•Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently as a Machine Operative.•Carry out basic machine maintenance including cleaning and minor adjustments.•Identify and report any equipment faults, breakdowns, or production issues promptly.Quality Control•Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.•Conduct regular quality checks for defects or inconsistencies.•Complete all required quality documentation accurately and on time.Packing & Despatch•Prepare, label, and pack products for despatch safely and securely.•Maintain accurate despatch and inventory records.Machine Operative Requirements:•Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg.•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.•Excellent teamwork and communication skills.What’s on Offer for Machine Operatives:•Long term, stable Machine Operative position with opportunities for progression.•Paid breaks - you will receive full pay for all contracted hours.•Onsite parking available.•Excellent overtime premiums for additional earnings.For further information, please call Empowered Personnel on or email your CV to
