Due to continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities throughout the South East. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building a pipeline from scratch, creating opportunities and closing deals. If you're motivated by winning business and being rewarded for your success, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across a broad range of commercial sectors, promoting innovative security technology solutions that help organisations protect their people, property and assets. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing, building strong relationships with decision-makers and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.Key Responsibilities\n

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the South East.
\n
• Develop relationships with new customers through proactive business development.
\n
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and demonstrations.
\n
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
\n
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and successfully close new business.
\n
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
\n
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
\n
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
\n

About YouWe're looking for someone with a genuine passion for winning new business. You'll ideally have:\n

• A successful track record in B2B sales.
\n
• Experience developing and winning new business.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
\n
• A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach.
\n
• The ability to build relationships at all levels.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n
