We are recruiting a Night Manager for a busy Hotel in Bracknell. This temporary ongoing assignment offers the chance to lead overnight operations within a professional, guest-focused setting, with accommodation available if required.

Key Responsibilities

As Night Manager, you'll take responsibility for the smooth running of overnight operations, ensuring guests and colleagues are supported throughout the shift.

• Monitor and supervise the night team, maintaining high service standards
\n
• Brief overnight colleagues on arrivals, VIP guests and special requests
\n
• Handle guest complaints, disturbances and requests professionally
\n
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors and colleagues
\n
• Oversee night audit processes, accounting procedures and business transactions
\n
• Update reservations, cancellations, amendments and booking confirmations accurately
\n
• Prepare daily summary reports and ensure clear handovers for relevant departments
\n
• Coordinate late arrivals, early departures and room service requirements
\n
• Support operational planning, staffing and payroll processes where required
\n
• Use Opera PMS confidently
\n

What we're looking for

To succeed as Night Manager, you'll bring proven leadership experience, excellent attention to detail and a confident approach to overnight operations.

• Previous Night Manager experience within a hotel of 150 bedrooms or more
\n
• Confidence using Opera PMS
\n
• Strong front office experience and knowledge of night audit procedures
\n
• Strong security skills and awareness, with the ability to respond appropriately to incidents
\n
• Experience supervising colleagues and managing guest queries independently
\n
• A calm, professional approach to problem-solving and guest service
\n
• Flexibility to work full-time night shifts
\n
