Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator required for London based office

Ready to kick-start your career in construction? We’re looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our growing team.

If you’re early in your career, curious, and keen to learn from experienced professionals, this role gives you real responsibility from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Support early-stage cost estimates
\n
• Contribute to tender submissions
\n
• Work closely with delivery, design & commercial teams
\n
• Help track project budgets
\n
• Analyse project data to support decision-making
\n
• Build your skills in Eque2 & Evaluate (training provided)
\n

What You Bring

\n
• QS / Construction-related degree or diploma
\n
• Some experience (placement, internship or junior role)
\n
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail & Excel skills
\n
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
\n
