Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager | Edinburgh | £39,000 + Bonus

We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio while supporting and mentoring a team of Property Managers.

The Role

• Manage tenancies from move-in to move-out
\n
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
\n
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and property compliance
\n
• Handle complex tenancy issues, disputes, and deposit matters
\n
• Ensure compliance with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements
\n
• Mentor colleagues and help drive high standards across the team
\n

About You

\n
• 4+ years' residential property management experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation and HMO management
\n
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Experience using property management systems such as SME, Fixflo, and InventoryBase
\n
• ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualified
\n
• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience is advantageous
\n
