This is a pivotal group-wide leadership role, responsible for building and executing a progressive people strategy that fuels business growth, enables seamless integration through M&A activity, and ensures our culture and talent agenda remain central to our success.

As a key member of the executive team, you will shape the people operations function across multiple businesses, driving initiatives that attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent in highly people-led, professional services environments.

  • Lead the Group HR and People function across multiple entities and locations.
  • \n
  • Design and deliver a people strategy aligned to business goals with a strong focus on growth, culture, and integration.
  • \n
  • Build a future-ready workforce, advancing talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
  • \n
  • Drive cultural alignment post-acquisition, embedding engagement, wellbeing, and DE&I across the group.
  • \n
  • Oversee reward, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and alignment with financial strategy.
  • \n
  • Partner with senior leaders to implement organisational change and strengthen leadership capability.
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Private Equity (PE) experience – essential.
  • \n
  • Experience within partner-led and professional services organisations.
  • \n
  • Proven success in group-level CPO or equivalent roles, leading people strategy across multiple businesses and geographies.
  • \n
  • A strong track record navigating mergers and acquisitions, with expertise in integration and cultural alignment.
  • \n
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, change leadership, and organisational design.
  • \n
  • The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders at board level.
  • \n
  • Strong grounding in employment law, reward, DE&I, and workforce planning.
  • \n
  • Commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to link people outcomes to business performance.
