  • Provide independent credit analysis and risk assessment on new transactions, amendments, and refinancings
  • \n
  • Collaborate with origination and structuring teams to shape deal frameworks while maintaining appropriate risk discipline
  • \n
  • Review financial models, sensitivity analyses, and key transaction documentation
  • \n
  • Evaluate risk across construction, operational, market, counterparty, and regulatory dimensions
  • \n
  • Present credit recommendations to senior credit committees with clear rationale and risk mitigation strategies
  • \n
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including ongoing credit reviews, covenant compliance, and stress testingEnsure alignment with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
  • \n
  • Support the development and enhancement of credit policies, frameworks, and procedures
  • \n

The Successful Applicant\n

  • Significant experience in project finance credit, structured finance, or related risk roles
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of project finance structures, documentation, and risk allocation principles
  • \n
  • Proven ability to assess complex financial models and transaction structures
  • \n
  • Experience within a banking environment or credit risk function preferred (2LoD experience advantageous)
  • \n
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and energy markets, including evolving trends in renewables and digital assets
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior committees
  • \n
