  • Establish and lead the enterprise AI Technology Practice and roadmap

  • Build reusable AI capabilities, frameworks, governance and standards

  • Develop an AI operating model and engagement approach across technology teams
  • \n
  • Act as a senior advisor to CIO, CTO and Engineering leadership
  • \n
  • Drive AI-assisted software engineering adoption across development teams
  • \n
  • Modernise SDLC processes using AI-enabled tooling and automation
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and accelerate delivery
  • \n
  • Identify and prioritise high-value internal AI use cases
  • \n
  • Establish AI governance, security and compliance standards
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • Significant years of leadership experience in software engineering, enterprise technology or digital transformation
  • \n
  • Proven experience leading engineering modernisation or platform transformation initiatives
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices including cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering and API-first architecture
  • \n
  • Practical understanding of AI and GenAI technologies and their enterprise application
  • \n
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional transformation
  • \n
  • Strong commercial and operational mindset
  • \n
  • Experience establishing governance, standards and scalable operating models
