- Significant years of leadership experience in software engineering, enterprise technology or digital transformation \n
- Proven experience leading engineering modernisation or platform transformation initiatives \n
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices including cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering and API-first architecture \n
- Practical understanding of AI and GenAI technologies and their enterprise application \n
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional transformation \n
- Strong commercial and operational mindset \n
