£45,000 - £55,000
\n QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Bishops Stortford, Herts.
\n We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years. Offering 2 days from home per week.
\n The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

- sales \n
- purchase \n
- leaseholds \n
- freeholds \n
- remortgages \n
- transfers of equity \n
