\n This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking to take on a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a loyal client base and play a key role in the continued development of the department.\n

The Role\n
\n
\n You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Wills and estate planning
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Probate and estate administration
\n
• Trust creation and administration
\n
• Court of Protection matters
\n
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
\n
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
\n

The role offers genuine autonomy, the opportunity to mentor junior team members, and involvement in business development activities.\n

About You\n
\n
\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant Private Client experience
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
\n
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
\n
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
\n
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
\n
