Job Description

The Role\n

As an Agricultural Mechanic, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment. You'll work both in the workshop and out in the field, ensuring customers' machinery remains reliable, safe, and operational.

What You'll Need\n
    \n
  • Minimum 4 years' mechanical experience
  • \n
  • A completed recognised mechanical apprenticeship
  • \n
  • A qualification in one of the following:\n
      \n
    • Agricultural Engineering
    • \n
    • Vehicle Technician
    • \n
    • Plant Mechanic
    • \n
    • HGV Technician
    • \n
  • \n
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic and diagnostic fault-finding skills
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • \n
  • Own tools are essential
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence
  • \n

  • £20.00 per hour Monday to Friday

  • £25.00 per hour for weekend work (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Standard working hours of 7:00am 4:30pm
  • \n
  • 1 in 3 weekend rota, paid at the enhanced weekend rate

  • Overtime opportunities available
