The Company

A long-established, privately owned contractor with over 50 years of success across the Home Counties. They deliver new build and refurbishment projects in commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and highways/civil engineering, with project values ranging from £250k to £5m.

The Role

The Estimator will prepare accurate, competitive tenders across a wide range of sectors, working closely with the commercial team. Youll join an established estimating team of two, working primarily from the office with occasional site visits.

Projects include new build and refurbishment schemes, along with small civils and groundworks elements. Youll build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, contributing to a culture focused on quality, value and teamwork. Experience with Causeway is beneficial but not essential.

The Right Person

5+ years experience as an Estimator in construction
\n Experience in new build or refurbishment, ideally both
\n Groundworks or civils experience beneficial
\n Strong IT literacy, with Causeway an advantage
\n GCSE Maths grade C or above
\n Strong analytical and communication skills
\n Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
\n Comfortable pricing projects from £250k to £5m
