A specialist manufacturing and installation contractor is hiring a Project & Quality Site Manager to lead engineering teams across commercial and industrial projects. The role focuses on safe, efficient, high-quality installations, including industrial doors, roller shutters, loading bay systems, aluminium shopfronts, and security access solutions.

  Lead and coordinate engineers across multiple sites

• \n

  Oversee installation through to completion and handover

\n
• \n

  Keep projects on programme and within scope

\n
• \n

  Identify issues early and implement solutions

\n
• \n

  Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections

\n
• \n

  Act as the link between site teams, office, and clients

\n
• \n

  Plan labour, materials, and access requirements

\n
• \n

  Manage onboarding and performance reviews

\n
• \n

  Ensure RAMS and health & safety compliance

\n
• \n

  Oversee snagging and final handovers

\n

\n
• \n

  Experience in site management (construction, industrial doors, faades, fenestration, or similar)

\n
• \n

  Strong leadership of engineers/subcontractors

\n
• \n

  Able to read technical drawings

\n
• \n

  CSCS Card is essential and SSSTS/SMSTS preferred

\n
• \n

  Organised, proactive, solutions-focused

\n
• \n

  Strong communication across site and office

\n

\n
• \n

  £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
