Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing and repairs on HGVs
\n
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
\n
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
\n
• Minimise vehicle downtime through efficient repairs and maintenance
\n
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed
\n
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n
• Previous HGV Mechanic experience is essential
\n
• Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Time-served HGV Mechanic (formal qualifications not required)
\n

Pay Rates (Depending on Experience):

\n
• £14.00 per hour 1 years' HGV mechanic experience
\n
• £15.50 per hour 2 to 4 years' HGV mechanic experience
\n
• £17.50 per hour 5+ years' HGV mechanic experience with strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
\n
