Cabinet Maker Opportunity
\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, specialist manufacturer of bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture and architectural millwork, based in Essendine, Rutland. Producing furniture-grade cabinetry of exceptional quality, their projects span high-end residential properties across the UK, USA and internationally, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing methods.
\nThis is a permanent, full-time position for an experienced Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner who takes pride in the standard of their work and is looking for a long-term role within a quality-focused, technically challenging workshop environment.
\nCabinet Maker Responsibilities

- Manufacture bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture and architectural millwork to the highest standards \n
- Read and interpret detailed technical and workshop drawings \n
- Assemble cabinetry and furniture components accurately and efficiently \n
- Work with veneered boards, solid timber, laminates and specialist decorative materials \n
- Carry out quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process \n
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workshop environment \n
- Collaborate with project managers, designers and installation teams \n
What We Are Looking For
\n- \n
- Minimum 5 years experience in bespoke cabinetry, furniture making, bench joinery or architectural millwork \n
- Strong understanding of furniture and cabinet construction techniques \n
- Proven ability to work from detailed technical or workshop drawings \n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality \n
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively \n
- Experience with veneered and solid timber construction (desirable) \n
- CNC or modern manufacturing experience (desirable) \n
- Full UK driving licence (preferred) \n
