Class 2 Driver Multi Drop

Our Client is looking for professional Class 2 drivers to join its established transport team. Youll carry out store Pallet work and Multidrops, supported by a safety-focused and well-organised operation.

  Drive Class 2 (Cat C) vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries and collections.

\n
• \n

  Carry out vehicle checks (pre-use, post-use, defect reporting) in line with DVSA standards.

\n
• \n

  Load and unload goods safely using tail lifts, pump trucks, or site equipment.

\n
• \n

  Follow delivery routes and schedules, ensuring on-time performance.

\n
• \n

  Complete paperwork such as delivery notes, PODs, and tachograph records accurately.

\n
• \n

  Maintain compliance with UK Road Transport, Working Time Directive, and Drivers Hours rules.

\n
• \n

  Communicate with transport teams, reporting delays, issues, or route changes.

\n
• \n

  Provide excellent customer service at delivery points, representing the company professionally.

\n
• \n

  Keep the cab and vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy at all times.

• \n

  Valid Category C (Class 2) licence.

\n
• \n

  Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.

\n
• \n

  Good understanding of Drivers Hours, WTD, and road safety.

\n
• \n

  Ability to handle manual tasks when loading/unloading.

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

\n
• \n

  Experience in multi-drop, palletised, or general haulage environments (preferred but not always essential).
