Client Advisor

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join a busy Commercial Insurance team within a well-established independent brokerage. You will provide high-quality service and technical support to clients, helping to manage their insurance needs from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.

Working closely with Client Executives and insurers, youll play a key role in delivering excellent client outcomes while developing your technical knowledge of commercial insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
\n
• Provide technical administration across commercial insurance policies
\n
• Liaise with insurers to secure appropriate cover for clients
\n
• Handle client queries, claims support and policy updates
\n
• Ensure accurate records and compliance with FCA requirements
\n
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
\n
• Support payment processing and premium finance arrangements
\n

About You

\n
• Experience in a regulated or FCA-compliant environment
\n
• Background in general insurance or strong client service experience
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills
\n
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
\n
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
\n

Desirable

\n
• Knowledge of commercial insurance
\n
• Progress towards CII qualifications
\n
• Experience using Acturis or similar systems
\n
