Support Coordinator
\nEarn up to £28,300 p.a./ £14.47 ph plus a health cash plan worth over £1140
\nPermanent, full time (37.5 hpw) or part time (22.5 or 30 hpw)
\nBased at Roskear House in Camborne, supporting customers in a residential setting as well as providing outreach support across the old Penwith area.

\nWhat youll do

Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support.
\n - \n
Support customers with complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, self-neglect and trauma.
\n - \n
Help customers to build independence through daily living support, budgeting, tenancy sustainment and wellbeing.
\n - \n
Support customers to access education, training, employment and local community opportunities.
\n - \n
Work with partner agencies to safeguard customers and achieve positive outcomes.
\n - \n
Balance customer support, safeguarding, caseload management and colleague guidance to deliver a high-quality service
\n

\nYou have

Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
\n - \n
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
\n - \n
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
\n - \n
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
\n

Youll work 7.5 hour shifts per day between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.You may be required to work occasional weekends.
\n - \n
Where Some days you will be in the Camborne Roskear office on a rota basis other day you will be based at the office and visiting outreach customers in the old Penwith area.
\n - \n
Although youll do some lone working we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
\n - \n
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
\n - \n
A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), well pay for any business mileage
