Requirements

\n

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
  • \n
  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential childcare management or a senior supervisory role
  • \n
  • Eligibility for Ofsted Registered Manager registration
  • \n
  • Proven track record of delivering quality outcomes for children with complex needs
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulatory standards, the Childrens Homes Regulations, and safeguarding
  • \n

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the childrens residential home, ensuring safe, nurturing environments
  • \n
  • Drive Ofsted regulatory compliance and maintain outstanding inspection standards
  • \n
  • Lead safeguarding and individual care planning for young people with complex needs
  • \n
  • Manage solo placement and multi-bed home settings, adapting to individual young peoples needs
  • \n
  • Recruit, build and mentor a high-performing support team
  • \n
  • Contribute to organisational strategy and quality improvement as the business grows
  • \n
