\n£38,000 Basic | OTE £45,000+ | Part-Time Considered
\nAre you an experienced Master Technician looking for your next opportunity with a successful multi-brand main dealer?
\nWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership looking to add a highly skilled Master Technician to their workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values quality workmanship, invests in its people, and offers genuine long-term career prospects.

\nThe Role
\nAs a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults across a variety of manufacturer brands. You'll play a key role in supporting the workshop team, mentoring colleagues and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\nDiagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults
\nCarrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
\nSupporting and mentoring other technicians where required
\nUsing the latest diagnostic equipment
\nCompleting work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
\nEnsuring all manufacturer and health & safety procedures are followed
\nWhat We're Looking For
\nPrevious experience as a Master Technician
\nLevel 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
\nStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
\nExperience working within a main dealer environment is highly desirable
\nA full UK driving licence
\nExcellent attention to detail and pride in your work
\nA positive team player with a professional attitude
\nHours
\nMonday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
\n30-minute lunch break
\n1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 8:30am - 12:30pm
\nPart-time hours will also be considered
\nSalary & Benefits
\nBasic salary from £38,000, depending on experience
\nOTE of £45,000+
