Key Responsibilities – Electrical Shift Engineer

\n
• To service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools safely
\n
• To examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements
\n
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules
\n
• Share good ideas to form mini projects to improve the plant performance, including machinery modifications
\n

Qualifications & Requirements – Electrical Shift Engineer

\n
• ONC - Multi-skilled Engineering
\n
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical engineering, maintenance, or similar manufacturing
\n
• HND or HNC diploma in Electrical engineering preferred
\n

Experience of:

\n
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
\n
• Control panels/control cabinets
\n
• Electric motors (AC/DC)
\n
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
\n
• Sensors and instrumentation
\n
• Industrial robots and robotic cells
\n
• Conveyor systems
\n
• HMI (Human-Machine Interface) panels
\n
• Safety systems
\n
• Power distribution systems
\n
• Preferably with a manufacturing background
\n
• FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food and Drink, Packaging, Manufacturing and chemicals
\n
