The role involves operating a HIAB-equipped vehicle to safely deliver and unload materials, so a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and compliance is essential.

The Role for a HIAB Driver:\n

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane
\n
• Operating the HIAB safely to load and unload goods
\n
• Completing local and regional deliveries as required
\n
• Carrying out daily vehicle and crane safety checks
\n
• Ensuring all lifting operations are completed in line with regulations
\n
• Representing both the client and Driver Hire Darlington professionally
\n

What Youll Need:\n

\n
• Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement
\n
• Valid and in-date HIAB certificate
\n
• Previous HIAB driving experience preferred
\n
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Strong understanding of site safety and lifting procedures
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
\n
