Job Description
Grafters Recruit Ltd require 1 x Shunter/driver for ongoing work from our client in the Tamworth and Shire area (Worcester).

\n- Pay from £19:23 - £28.68 (Tamworth Depot)
\n- Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per shift

\nWORKING PATTERNS AVAILABLE:
\nMonday to Friday
\n-0600-1800 and 1800 till 0600
\n-additional Sunday work available time to time
\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
\n-Category C+E (Class 1)
\n-Newer drivers welcome
\n-Valid CPC
\n-Valid Digital Tachograph Card
\n-Maximum 6 points on license
\n- Shunter will be required to work from both sites when required
\n-shunters will not be issued with tablets to input data. They will need basic Excel knowledge, as the role involves completing paperwork on clipboards and then entering simple details into a spreadsheet. Full guidance will be provided, but a basic working knowledge is essential.
\n-Shunter will be responsible for opening containers doors/manual handling
\n-self-motivated and good communications with use of a hand-held radio to the office
\n-computer Experience Outlook- Emails to customers and client's
\n-Excel knowledge - Data entry into spread sheet.
\n-Legal compliance- system check for asset service week and Mot's due.
\n-Reporting defects using web-based system.
\nPAY STRUCTURE (PAYE ONLY):
\nMonday to Friday - £16.50 (Shire area)
\nWeekend and Bank holiday - £18.63 (Shire area)
\nMonday to Friday Days - £19.23 (Tamworth Depot)
\nWeekend and Bank holiday Days - £20.35 (Tamworth Depot)
\nMonday to Friday Lates - £26.85 (Tamworth Depot)
\nWeekend and Bank holiday lates - £28.31 (Tamworth Depot)
\nMonday to Friday Nights - £27.55 (Tamworth Depot)
\nWeekend and Bank holiday Nights -£29.01 (Tamworth Depot)
\n14:00-22:00 (Lates)
\n22:00-06:00 (Nights)
