We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding automatic door specialist for an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of automatic door systems
  • \n
  • Installation work (approx. 30%) alongside service and reactive maintenance (approx. 70%)
  • \n
  • Working with a range of manufacturers, with a strong focus on Record products
  • \n
  • Delivering work across a variety of environments including schools, colleges, hospitals, and hospitality settings
  • \n
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and compliance standards
  • \n
Working Hours\n
    \n
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm
  • \n
  • Paid 1-hour lunch break included
  • \n
Overtime & On-Call\n
    \n
  • 1 in 6 on-call rota
  • \n
  • £75 weekly standby fee
  • \n
  • £50 per call-out
  • \n
  • Enhanced overtime rates: \n
      \n
    • 1.5x: 6:00am 8:00am and 5:00pm 12:00am
    • \n
    • 2x: 12:00am 6:00am
    • \n
  • \n
  • Overtime available if desired
  • \n
Additional Requirements\n
    \n
  • Occasional night work (approx. 2 nights per month) \n
      \n
    • Overnight allowance provided
    • \n
    • Dinner and breakfast covered
    • \n
  • \n
  • DBS check required due to working within schools and healthcare environments
  • \n
  • ADSA qualification required
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • \n

  • Salary up to £46,800 per annum
