We are currently recruiting for an experiencedSMART Repair Technicianto join a busy and growingautomotive bodyshopin Coalville. This role is ideal for someone with a background invehicle repair, cosmetic repair, paint spraying, or panel repairwho is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Carry out SMART repairs (Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques) on vehicles
\n
• Repair bumper scuffs, scratches, dents, alloy wheels, and minor body damage
\n
• Work on a range of vehicles including cars, commercial vehicles, and fleet vehicles
\n
• Ensure all repairs meet BVRLA / insurance / manufacturer standards
\n
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician /Bodyshop Technician
\n
• Experience in bodyshop, accident repair centre, or vehicle refurbishment environments
\n
• Ability to carry out end-to-end cosmetic vehicle repairs
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
\n

Desirable Skills:

\n
• Experience with alloy wheel refurbishment
\n
• Background in panel beating, vehicle prep, or detailing
\n
• Knowledge of insurance repair processes
\n
