Shift Pattern Rotating (2 Week Rota)
\n Week 1: Monday to Friday, 0600 1345 and Saturday, 0600 finish\n
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 1345 2145 \n

- Participate in equipment breakdown call-out rota \n
- Call out rota is roughly one week in six.
\n Retainer of £100.00 for the week on call.
\n £50.00 one-off payment per call out.
\n Hourly rate once clocked in. \n
- \n
- Respond to breakdowns across production and processing equipment \n
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently \n
- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM) \n
- Repair, test and recommission machinery safely \n
- Work to strict Health & Safety standards \n
- Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement \n
What Were Looking For
\n Essential:\n
- \n
- Electrical bias (minimum 70/30 electrical to mechanical split) \n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills \n
- Experience working on high-speed / automated machinery \n
- Ability to work independently and under pressure \n
- Experience within an FMCG or fast-paced production environment \n
- \n
- HNC/HND/HNCD Level 4/5 in Engineering (Electrical preferred) \n
- City & Guilds Level 4/5 Electrical Engineering \n
- Equivalent job-based engineering experience \n
- \n
- Established family-owned business \n
