Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a well-established care home, playing a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care and supporting a high-performing nursing team.

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will help maintain the highest standards of care, clinical governance, and compliance, ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred nursing care while promoting best practice throughout the home.

The Role\n

As Clinical Lead, you will:

    Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nurses and care staff.

  • \n

    Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.

  • \n
  • \n

    Oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

  • \n
  • \n

    Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to achieve excellence.

  • \n
  • \n

    Make sound clinical decisions and respond effectively in challenging situations.

  • \n
  • \n

    Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement.

  • \n
  • \n

    Promote a positive, supportive, and professional working environment.

About You\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    \n
  • \n

    Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).

  • \n
  • \n

    Relevant post-registration nursing experience.

  • \n
  • \n

    Previous leadership or management experience, or experience leading a small team.

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

  • \n
  • \n

    A thorough understanding of safeguarding, DOLS, CQC regulations, audits, and compliance requirements.

  • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • \n
  • \n

    A passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting the development of others.

  • \n
