Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Services Lead to join a leading housing provider, managing supported housing, homelessness and temporary accommodation services across Warwickshire.

Responsibilities of the Services Lead:

• \n

  Lead the day-to-day delivery of supported housing and homelessness services

\n
• \n

  Manage and develop a team of staff and volunteers

\n
• \n

  Oversee referrals, occupancy, voids and move-on planning

\n
• \n

  Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and service compliance

\n
• \n

  Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and partner agencies

\n
• \n

  Monitor service performance, budgets and contractual requirements

\n
• \n

  Support customers with complex needs including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse and offending histories

\n
• \n

  Drive service improvements and ensure positive outcomes for customers

\n

Essential Experience of the Services Lead:

\n
• \n

  Previous management experience within supported housing, homelessness or housing services

\n
• \n

  Experience managing and developing staff teams

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and housing management

\n
• \n

  Experience working in partnership with local authorities and external agencies

\n
• \n

  Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle

\n
• \n

  Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

\n
