Salary: £14 per hour (Living Wage Employer)
\n Location: Inverness Retail Park
\n Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm
\n Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Security Vetting Analyst, working with our client, Capgemini
\n In this role, you will be responsible for processing personnel security background checks on staff working for the organisation.
What you'll do

\n
• Conduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors
\n
• Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors
\n
• Analyse security clearance investigation reports and making recommendations to management
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures
\n
• Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes
\n

What you'll bring

\n
• The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable
\n
• Experience in conducting detailed administration processes
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
\n
• Ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer focused service to relevant stakeholders
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
