Air Conditioning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing team, working across domestic and commercial sectors throughout Leicester and the surrounding areas.

This is a varied role covering air conditioning installations, servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, diagnosing faults, and delivering a high standard of workmanship on every job.

• Install domestic and commercial air conditioning systems.
\n
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
\n
• Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs.
\n
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
\n
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
\n
• Manage workload independently and take ownership of completed works.
\n

• Minimum 3 years experience within the air conditioning industry.
\n
• Valid F-Gas certification.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• Strong air conditioning installation experience.
\n
• Experience with servicing, maintenance, and fault finding.
\n
• Good technical problem-solving skills.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n
