\nTSR Legal are delighted to be partnering with a respected and growing law firm in Devizes that is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Administrator to support its busy Residential Property team.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator or legal support professional seeking a varied role within a thriving conveyancing department. You'll become an integral part of the team, providing essential operational and administrative support that helps ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional client service.
\nAbout the Role
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administration and compliance functions of the conveyancing department. Working closely with fee earners and management, you will help maintain key accreditations, oversee lender panel administration, manage departmental reporting, and ensure important records and systems remain accurate and up to date.
\nThis position would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has excellent organisational skills, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy.
\nKey Duties

- Managing lender panel memberships and overseeing panel application processes. \n
- Assisting with the administration of Law Society CQS accreditation requirements. \n
- Maintaining and updating client databases and departmental records. \n
- Producing regular management information and performance reports. \n
- Preparing financial and departmental data for internal meetings and reviews. \n
- Organising and coordinating departmental meetings and associated documentation. \n
- Supporting Land Registry administration and portal management. \n
- Undertaking Lawyer Checker processes and related compliance tasks. \n
- Managing referral partner records and associated arrangements. \n
- Administering landlord deposit scheme requirements. \n
- Maintaining lender panel information and departmental tracking systems. \n
- Assisting with updates and testing of property report templates and other departmental documents. \n
- Supporting colleagues with access to key systems, portals, and operational processes. \n
Candidate Profile
\nEssential Requirements

- Previous administration experience within a professional office environment. \n
- Outstanding attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \n
- Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information. \n
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. \n
- A proactive and organised approach with a commitment to delivering excellent internal and external service. \n
Desirable Experience

- Experience working within a law firm or property-related environment. \n
- Familiarity with lender panel management systems and portals. \n
- Knowledge of Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) requirements. \n
- Exposure to Land Registry processes and online systems. \n
- Previous experience supporting residential conveyancing teams. \n
