Nursery Room Leader

As a Room Leader, you will:

• Plan and deliver activities that meet childrens developmental needs
\n
• Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
\n
• Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in childrens development
\n
• Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
\n
• Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
\n
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
\n

About You

Were looking for someone with:

\n
• Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification essential
\n
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
\n
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
\n
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
