This is a key leadership role ideal for an experienced Nurse looking to step into or build on clinical leadership within elderly care. The role As Clinical Lead you will support the Home Manager and oversee day-to-day clinical delivery:\n

- Lead, support and mentor the nursing and care team to deliver safe, person-centred care \n
- Take responsibility for clinical governance including audits, compliance and best practice \n
- Carry out assessments, care planning and reviews to meet residents needs \n
- Act as a role model on shift, making sound clinical decisions and remaining calm under pressure \n
- Support training and development of staff to improve clinical standards \n
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures and DoLS \n
\n

- You must be NMC registered with relevant post-registration experience \n
- Experience leading or supervising a team within a care home or similar setting \n
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, audits and compliance \n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships \n
