Are you experienced Maintenance Supervisor seeking to join a well-established food manufacturing site in a Oxfordshire Market town.
\n As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be 'hands on' & also supporting your team of engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.

Key Responsibilities:
\n Lead and support a team of engineers on days
\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns
\n Provide hands-on mechanical and/or electrical maintenance support
\n Plan and prioritise daily engineering activities
\n Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and engineering standards
\n Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
\n Complete reports, maintenance records, and shift handovers

Strong mechanical or electrical background (dual-skilled advantageous)
\n Experience with PPM systems and breakdown diagnostics
\n Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
