Your Role
\nAs Registered Manager, you'll lead the preparation, opening and ongoing development of the home, ensuring children receive exceptional care in a safe, nurturing and family-focused environment.
\nYou'll:

- Lead the successful opening and ongoing development of the home. \n
- Recruit, develop and inspire a skilled, values-led team. \n
- Create a warm, nurturing family home where children feel safe, secure and valued. \n
- Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding requirements and Ofsted expectations. \n
- Build positive relationships with children, families and partner agencies. \n
- Drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding outcomes for children. \n
- Work closely with the Director and Responsible Individual to support the registration, opening and future growth of the service. \n
About You
\nYou'll be an experienced, compassionate leader who shares our values and is passionate about improving the lives of children and young people.
\nEssential Requirements
\n- \n
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or willingness and able to enrol on appointment. \n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare management or a senior supervisory role. \n
- At least one year's experience within the last five years in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a children's residential setting. \n
- Eligible for Ofsted registration as a Registered Manager. \n
- Proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for children with complex needs. \n
- Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted expectations. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. \n
