\nWe are seeking an experienced Freelance Fire Risk Assessor to support a nationwide programme of fire safety compliance works across healthcare facilities throughout the UK.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in healthcare environments to join a long-term project on a full-time rolling contract basis.\n

\nKey Responsibilities\n

- Undertake Fire Risk Assessments across a portfolio of healthcare sites nationwide. \n
- Produce clear, comprehensive, and compliant Fire Risk Assessment reports. \n
- Develop prioritised action plans and recommendations to address identified risks. \n
- Deliver fire safety awareness and compliance training to on-site staff and management teams. \n
- Provide practical guidance on fire safety legislation, standards, and best practice. \n
- Liaise with site stakeholders and project teams to ensure assessments are completed efficiently. \n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. \n

- Proven experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments within healthcare environments. \n
- Relevant fire safety qualifications and competency certifications. \n
- Strong understanding of current fire safety legislation and healthcare compliance requirements. \n
- Experience producing detailed reports and remedial action plans. \n
- Previous experience delivering fire safety training to staff groups. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \n
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationwide. \n
- \n
- Membership of a recognised professional fire safety body. \n
- Experience working across NHS and private healthcare estates. \n
- Knowledge of HTM fire safety guidance and healthcare-specific regulations. \n
- \n
- Full-time workload (5 days per week). \n
- Long-term rolling contract. \n
