\nPosition: Fleet Engineer Location: London Hours: 38 hours per week\n
\nSchedule: 5 days per week,Day Shift (Sun- Thurs)\n

\nThis is a customer-facing role where youll be instrumental in ensuring Wrightbus remains the preferred supplier through the delivery of world-class service.\n
\nWhat Youll Do\n
\nAs a Fleet Engineer, youll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally. Youll build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption.\n
\nKey responsibilities include:\n
\nDiagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.\n
\nPerforming warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures.\n
\nCommunicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.\n
\nPromoting Wrightbus parts and services to customers.\n
\nMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit standards.\n
\nSupporting customers on-site and at various locations as required.\n
\nParticipating in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems.\n
\nWhat Were Looking For\n
\nNVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent).\n
\nMinimum 1 years experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet.\n
\nStrong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.\n
\nFlexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis.\n
