Multi-skilled Shift Engineer

This is a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe running of one of the industrys leading malt production sites. Were looking for a dedicated individual to join our Engineering team at our Bridlington site, where youll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our plant operations.

With full training and support, you will:

  Day to day industrial engineering

• \n

  Provide a dynamic and proactive response to Engineering breakdowns

\n
• \n

  Communicate with The Engineering Team to ensure priorities are dealt with in a co-ordinated approach

\n
• \n

  Participate and update all reactive and PPM tasks on our systems

\n
• \n

  Work flexibly and respond to the changing demands of the work

\n
• \n

  Ensure that an efficient out of hours breakdown service is maintained

\n

The Person

\n

  Proven engineering background

\n
• \n

  Wide range of electrical and mechanical experience

\n
• \n

  Trained to Level 3 Electrical & Mechanical qualifications including- 18th Edition-BS7671

\n
• \n

  Other ideal trade skills-certificates: IPAF, PASMA, Forklift, Site Safety, Confined Space

\n
• \n

  Flexible approach to fixing problems

\n

The Shifts

37.5hrs/week. Rotating two shift pattern with long term visibility
