Job Title: Senior Property Paralegal
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £27,000 £30,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity
\n TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-regarded law firm in Gloucester that is looking to appoint a Senior Property Paralegal to join its busy and supportive property team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal who is ready to take on a bit more responsibility, including managing their own small caseload, while continuing to develop under the guidance of experienced solicitors.

The Role
\n This is a varied position combining independent file handling with hands-on support for fee earners. Youll be trusted to manage around 1015 straightforward residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, while also assisting lawyers on more complex transactions.

Key duties will include:

\n
• Managing your own caseload of straightforward residential property files
\n
• Drafting contracts, raising enquiries, and reviewing title documentation
\n
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
\n
• Supporting solicitors on more complex residential and/or commercial matters
\n
• Assisting with post-completion processes, including SDLT and Land Registry submissions
\n
• Ensuring files are maintained in line with compliance and regulatory standards
\n

About You
