An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join a busy and fast-growing motor vehicle repair and MOT centre group. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with experience across a wide range of vehicles. An MOT licence is desirable but not essential.
\nYou will be working in a modern workshop environment, carrying out high-quality diagnostic, service, and repair work to industry standards while contributing to a positive and professional team culture.

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults

Carry out servicing, diagnostic, and repair work as directed
\n - \n
Inspect vehicles for wear, damage, and general faults
\n - \n
Complete all work to DVSA standards
\n - \n
Conduct MOT inspections where qualified (desirable)
\n - \n
Work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
\n - \n
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold best-practice workshop standards

\nSkills & Experience Required\n
\n

Minimum 5 years' experience as a vehicle technician
\n - \n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
\n - \n
Confident using diagnostic equipment, multimeters, and electronic testing tools
\n - \n
Good knowledge of electrical and electronic vehicle systems
\n - \n
Experience working across a variety of vehicle makes and models
\n - \n
IT literate
\n - \n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\n - \n
Good communication skills
\n - \n
Full UK driving licence
\n
Qualifications

Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 minimum; Level 4 desirable but not essential)
