Electrician

Electrician - Social Housing | Stockport | £22-£23 per hour | Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently recruiting for experienced Electricians to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Stockport area.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified electricians looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

The Role:

• Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
\n
• Fault finding, testing, and inspection
\n
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
\n
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes
\n
• Participating in an on-call rota
\n

Requirements:

\n
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
\n
• AM2 qualification
\n
• 18th Edition
\n
• Test & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)
\n
• Previous social housing experience is essential
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Own hand tools
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
