Salary:£42000 rising to £43,000 at a year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved
Contract: Full-Time and Part-Time

What youll do:

• Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals daily activities
\n
• Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
\n
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic (PIP only)
\n
• Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
\n
• Strong communication and analytical skills
\n
