Job Description\n

• Develop financial analysis and execute business models for critical initiatives.
\n
• Analyze profitability by customer, channel, and program. Evaluate impact of off-price channels, marketplaces sales and promotional strategies.
\n
• Manage and develop the finance team to equip them for rapid organizational growth and evolving business needs.
\n
• Assist with working capital management and cash planning, with a strong focus on optimizing inventory levels, enhancing trade payables efficiency, and ensuring liquidity to support business growth.
\n
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly close analysis across all divisions and channels (wholesale, DTC).
\n
• Oversee royalty calculations, accruals, payments and reporting in accordance with licensing agreements.
\n
• Partner with operations to manage inventory levels, reserves, and obsolescence.
\n
• Maintain and strengthen strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
\n
• Oversee and coordinate all external audits, including financial, banking, and regulatory.
\n
• Monitor tax compliance, ensuring accurate filings and timely payments.
\n

• A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in the apparel industry.

• Proficiency in inventory, AR, chargebacks, and insurance.
\n
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
